Most boats follow the same classic route. What you are really choosing is how you get there and what comes with it.
The traditional wooden boat, with lunch and a guide included, from THB 995 per adult. It is the slowest option and the last back, around 15:30 to 16:00. Longtail tour details.
Shorter crossings and hotel drop-off from about 14:00, from THB 1,150 per adult with a lunch box and a guide. Expect a firmer ride when the sea is choppy. Speedboat options.

For most first visits the shared speedboat is the easiest all-round choice: lunch and a guide are included and you are back at the hotel from about 14:00. Choose the shared longtail to spend less, a private boat for a group of five or more, and the 9 Islands tour if you also want Hong Island.
Not on the classic shared or private trips, where it is THB 200 per adult and THB 100 per child in cash on the day. It is included on the 9 Islands tour and is THB 400 per adult on the Phi Phi trip.
Yes. The prices in the table come from the tour pages. The cheapest headline is not always the cheapest total once the park fee, pickup supplements and extras are added.
The longtail is cheaper and slower, and you sit closer to the water. The speedboat reaches each island faster and gets you back earlier, but the ride is firmer in choppy water.
