The route: islands versus stops
Poda, Chicken, Tup and Mor are the geographical island group. The boat day is not necessarily four separate landings: Tup and Mor are associated with the sandbar, while Phra Nang is a beach on the Railay peninsula rather than another offshore island.

Private itineraries list approximately 09:30 departure and 14:30–15:00 hotel return. These are published plans, not guaranteed arrival times. The speedboat catalogue duration conflicts with its itinerary, so confirm before arranging an onward flight or transfer.
A shared seat or a private boat?
Shared longtail and speedboat trips list lunch and a guide. The classic private boats list a captain, fruit and drinking water, but lunch and an English-speaking guide are separate. A private charter gives your group control over the booking, not unrestricted access to every beach or a guarantee of quiet conditions.
Not the Koh Lanta Four Islands trip

Classic route or island combination?
